MAGA is a 15-seat restaurant run by a young couple of cooks. And NO, Mrs. is not in the dining room and Mr. in the kitchen 🙂 They are both cooks, and together they draw up their lunch and dinner menus, and do the setting up together. When it comes to service, one stays in the kitchen while the other takes care of the dining room, still wearing his cooking clothes. They use French products (90%), fresh, seasonal, local and of high quality, favouring products from the open land and not from industrial trawlers…
The service is relaxed: the cutlery is in a pot on the table, the water and wine are placed on the table, and the customer serves himself.
