After leaving his mark on several well-known gourmet restaurants such as 'La Côte Saint-Jacques', 'Taillevent' and 'Apicus', Jean Marc has now been working at 'La Côte des Monts Damnés' restaurant for 14 years.
With his brigade, Jean-Marc offers a refined, gourmet and tasty gastronomic formula.
The aromatic notes of the wines of the domain are in perfect balance with the dishes he composes. This gastronomic part is a real gustatory journey where Tagliatelle giant of crottins de Chavignol or Soufflé with fruits constitute an exceptional journey with sensations…
During the last Salon des Vins de Loire d’Angers, the restaurant was awarded, among 300 producers, the Bacchus de L’Oenotourisme “Restaurant category”.
