Mois des Iris au Domaine de Poulaines

The Domaine de Poulaines has been awarded the "Jardin Remarquable" label. For almost 30 years, it has been the object of the greatest care by its current owners, who have created various themed gardens over 4.5 hectares surrounded by 20 hectares of woodland.
The estate boasts a collection of irises set off against a backdrop of lush greenery. Flowering takes place from May to June, starting with the collection of intermediate irises along the water path and ending with the large irises planted in the rose garden or scattered among the perennials.
The gardens and arboretum at Poulaines also feature collections of trees and shrubs, wisteria, roses, peonies, perennials and bulbs. An enchanting journey!
The Domaine is a member of the association la Route des Iris en Val de Loire.
