The idea is simple: produce grain to make it into a finished product. Thus, all links in the production and sales chain are controlled.
Following the first lockdown in 2020, the idea of opening a shop for local products came to fruition. You are welcome on Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm, on Friday from 4pm to 7pm and on Saturday from 10am to 12pm in their pretty shop.
