Terres du Gatinais, a family business since 2004. We started with the production of onion bulbs and shallots for multiplication, on a surface of 5 hectares. Over time and encouraged by an ever increasing demand, we decided to specialize in this crop. At present, our production extends over 130 hectares, in lots of 5 ares to 5 hectares.
Due to the extent of our production, our method of production requires special attention throughout the production cycle, from the semi stage to shipping, to avoid any risk of mixing.
