Tata Chev' – Gaec Denis Van Hasselaar

Typical goat farm in the northern Boischaut region of Indre, with a herd of Saanen goats, a herd of Limousin cows for meat and a workshop for processing farm yogurts made from goat's milk. We sell our milk to the Anjouin dairy.
Our milk is delivered to the Anjouin dairy cooperative and processed into Appellation d?Origine Contrôlée Selles-sur-Cher and Valençay cheeses.
Part of our milk is transformed on the farm into goat’s milk yoghurts: in various flavors, plain, plain sweetened with 5% sugar, as well as in each Madagascar vanilla flavor, and with essential oils: mandarin, grapefruit, lemon and sweet orange. Depending on the season, our yogurts come in two-layer jams: Sologne strawberry, chestnut cream, honey, fig or gingerbread flavored.
We also organize farm visits by appointment. Free for children under 12.
Our farm has been awarded the “Haute Valeur Environnementale” (High Environmental Value) label as part of our efforts to respect water biodiversity.
