More than 400 hives spread over a large part of the Gâtinais region; which are transhumed in various regions of France (Oise, Berry, Marne) to obtain different honeys (spring, acacia, lime, chestnut, forest, flowers and alfalfa).
Nancy decides to open a store at the honey house gathering their products of the hive as well as the products of the local producers in a perimeter of 40 kms around Rozoy-le-Vieil.
