The animals live outdoors all year round, their feed consists of hay, organic cereals and grassland.
The farm has about 40 breeding females and 5 males, all of which are of medium breeds (Burgundy fawn, Bourbon grey, Thuringia chamois, and butterflies).
We control the breeding process from breeding (natural breeding) to slaughter (in order to guarantee the respect of the animal).
Production of home-made rabbit rillettes and stews.
