An artisanal brewery since 2007, the Brasserie Des Ecluses produces natural beers, slowly matured and elaborated with local malt. After a few years of existence of the traditional range is created the famous Vitryhole, a beer made with the brandy of the traditional Olivet pear. Vitry "hole" is translated as "hole of Vitry", an atypical and surprising beer, fruity but not sweet, made with a local product from Orléans.
