Our farm is located in the south of the Indre region, where we practice organic farming. We sow old varieties of wheat and spelt (Oberkulmer Rotkorn).
After harvesting, our grains are cleaned with great care (separator/sorter, husker, de-stoner, wheat brush) in order to obtain a fine and clean flour. Our mill (type Astrié), equipped with a granite grinding stone, produces a high quality milling: the germ is preserved, the flour is tasty and very nutritious. We have a herd of Limousin cows and market the meat as 'veal under the mother'.
