Pauline's farm is located in the commune of Neuvy le Barrois. The farm is composed of 15 hectares of grassland as well as 40 alpine goats and 50 Lacaune sheep, the animals have access to the pasture.
All the milk production is transformed into cheeses, tommes and yoghurts. Respecting the natural breeding season, I make the cheeses from March to December.
