Patrick NOËL's cellar is located in Saint-Satur, at the foot of the Sancerre hill. The cellar, called Vinée de la Mivoy, is built on the very site of the vines cultivated from the 14th century by the monks of the Abbey of Saint-Satur. The cellars are buried on the hillside and dominate the entire Loire Valley. We enjoy a breathtaking view of Sancerre, the Sancerrois golf course and the vineyards of the estate. Since 2010, it is his daughter Julie, oenologist, who vinifies the wines of Sancerre, Menetou-Salon and Pouilly-Fumé.
