Accueil Domaine Pascal et Nicolas Reverdy
The estate was taken over in 1985 by Pascal Reverdy, joined by his younger brother Nicolas in 1993. After the accidental death of Nicolas in 2007, his wife Sophie joined the estate.
The vineyard today covers an area of 13.8 hectares of vines, 10.8 hectares of which are planted with Sauvignon Blanc and 3 hectares with Pinot Noir.
The vines grow on a clay-limestone terroir also called “Terres Blanches”. A plot of pinot vinified for the A Nicolas cuvée is located between Sancerre and Bué on limestone soil.
The vines are cultivated in sustainable agriculture, respecting the environment. They are grassed, disbudded, green harvested in August and thinned out with leaves. Harvesting is manual and each parcel is harvested at optimal maturity.
