At the family estate (for 8 generations), it is now Thibauld Denizot who runs the 19 hectares of vines located mainly on the emblematic caillottes of Sancerre
This limestone clay soil rich in gravel of Oxfordian origin produces delicate and elegantly perfumed grapes
The viticultural work is carried out with the greatest respect for the vines and the soil. The work in the cellar is little interventionist, the spirit is to obtain the expression of the terroir with fruit and freshness, fine and silky tannins.
The white wines then naturally reveal the crispness of the grapes and their beautiful mineral tension. As for the reds, they are very elegant.
