From the top of the Piton de Sancerre, you will discover an immense natural cave whose origin dates back to the Tertiary era.
Each visitor will have the pleasure of exploring the various cellars dug in the 14th century by the monks of Saint-Benoit where, today, our barrel cellars contain our finest Sancerre cuvées.
Several formulas are offered to groups of visitors and for the most epicurean among you, a terrace area will allow you, with friends or family, to enjoy a glass of Sancerre accompanied by Crottin de Chavignol.
