Welcome to La Chevalerie! Forming the 13th generation working on the estate, Laurie, Emmanuel and Stéphanie Caslot invite you to their underground cathedral cellar to discover their Bourgueil wines from different terroirs. Anxious to preserve the balance of the ecosystem of their vines (Cabernet Franc grape variety from 30 to 70 years old), the Caslot fraternity works according to organic and biodynamic principles.
Wine is only of value if it is shared: pushing open the door of their tuffeau cellar is the promise of a few moments of conviviality, with the tasting of their inspired (Diptyque, Alcofribas, Noms d’oiseaux…) and plot-based (Peu Muleau, Grand-Mont, Chevalerie…) vintages.
