In the heart of the vineyards of Brussels, the stone of the Château de l'Aulée proudly bears its 163 years of history. Since 2004, Marielle and Arnaud Henrion have been helping to ensure the survival of this magnificent vineyard, resolutely turned towards the future
The whole team will be delighted to show you around this place of cultivation, vinification and wine maturing. Dive with us into the secrets of the traditional method of making Crémant de Loire.
Welcomed every day from 10 am to 7 pm, you will discover our vineyard extending over 32 hectares, planted with 4 grape varieties, and cultivated in a reasoned way. Our ultra-modern 2000 m² wine storehouse will also reveal itself to you, and you will be able to finish with a tasting of our production, Crémants de Loire, whites from Az
