Installed since the beginning of 2019 in Chécy in a part of the buildings of Méhari Evasion (one of their beer making a small wink at them), the Brewery HopRock aims to promote the craft beer and their styles as diverse as they are.
Ludovic and Jérôme, the two Managing Partners, decided to embark on the adventure 2 years ago. Since then, they have fitted out the 150m2 of the building themselves, installed their brewhouse, and the first three beers have been available for sale since March 2019.
With a supply as local as possible, the use of the 4 basic raw materials of beer only (water, malt, hops and yeast), a controlled manufacturing process and rigorous hygiene, the aim is to offer you a quality product, high in taste and colour.
Visits are made by appointment in order to be able to devote ourselves to you during the whole process and until the tasting.
