The Zou la Galinette farm grows field vegetables: carrots, potatoes, onions, beet, squash, zucchinis, heirloom tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, flour, lentils, legumes. Farmers' market Fridays 2pm/7pm: vegetables, fruit, flour, honey, cheese, drinks, etc.
Based in Saint-Cyr-en-Val, Vincent returned to his roots on the eve of his 40th birthday, taking up the challenge of organic market gardening in regenerative agriculture. 10' south of Orléans, the Zou la Galinette farm feeds both private and professional customers with its field-grown vegetables: orange and colored carrots, potatoes, onions of various colors, beets, squash (pumpkin, butternut, sucrine du Berry, Délicata, etc.), zucchini, heirloom tomatoes, eggplant, fennel, peppers, lentils, kidney beans, buckwheat, etc. Farmers' market on site every Friday from 2pm to 7pm: sale of vegetables, flours, beers, ciders, AOC wines, juices, eggs, goat's and cow's cheeses, meat, honey, herbal teas, etc.
