A local spring speciality, asparagus is celebrated every year in May at the Tigy Asparagus Fair. The EARL Clovis sells organic white asparagus from Tigy from April to early June and organic gherkins from June to August. To get to the farm, enter in your GPS “Courtemanche” or “Cour de Manche”.
