Alison and Sidney take you on a gourmet stroll with the Bonds, to discover their universe, taking traditional French cooking introducing exotic flavours and traditions from around tge world to create an exciting culinary adventure.
La Table by Le Calabash is not a restaurant but a culinary experience, with three services per week: dinner on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Sunday. Ten covers maximum, with a small but balanced menu, respecting the seasons and using fresh local ingredients.
Cookery courses at Le Calabash (a ‘Petit conservatoire de la Cuisine’ cookery school) also attract large numbers of American, Canadian and South African gastronomes each year.
