Château de Sancerre becomes Les Hauts de Sancerre with its Restaurant featuring Chef Arnaud Munster! Drawing on his experience with Michelin-starred chefs and his boundless creativity, Arnaud offers modern, refined cuisine, where seasonal produce is enhanced by innovative techniques.
The "Les Hauts de Sancerre" hotel estate is located less than two hours from Paris, covers 4.5 hectares and will open its doors in spring 2025. This "village within a village" will comprise four buildings, including the Château de Sancerre and the Tour des Fiefs, emblematic of the winegrowing region. Eventually, the estate will offer 27 rooms, a SPA, a restaurant with Chef Arnaud Munster, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool and many other services.
