The hotel, which was formerly a coaching in, has now been in existence for 16 years. We have considerable experience in the hotel and catering industry. We welcome you with a dynamic, welcoming and experienced team of 7. The town of Brou is charming and quiet.
We only work with fresh, local and seasonal products. We cook vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, all in a traditional local cuisine and completely homemade.
