Situated at the foot of the abbey, the restaurant offers a revisited cuisine of the sun, based exclusively on fresh produce, patiently cooked on the spit.
The concept is at the crossroads, a traditional restaurant part, a Food-Truck part in rotisserie. The whole in an atmosphere of soil and an authentic decoration. We offer you a wide range of dishes around the theme of rotisserie, such as our rolls, ribs or roast chicken – as a direct dish or as an aperitif board. In addition, the chef invites you to discover his special lunch formula, which changes every day. Enjoy our selection of regional wines and German draught beers. The take-away service continues as you know it since December 2020 with our roast chicken, rolls, aperitif boxes, etc. We will prepare original recipes based on simple and authentic products – of course a completely home-made cuisine.
