Overlooking an old lake, of which the reed bed provides a home to specific species: little bitterns, Eurasian reed warblers in the summer. In winter, ducks and coots share the reed bed. If you're lucky, you may see Eurasian Bitterns or deer cross the lake.
The observatory offers a bird's eye view of an ancient pond whose reed bed is home to specific species: Dwarf Bittern, Red-winged Warbler in summer. Good observation point for the Cistude d'Europe. In winter, ducks and coots share the space. With a bit of luck, a Star Bittern or deer can cross the pond.
Observation: recommended in the morning and late afternoon.
