Château of Chémery

Visiting the Château, you can admire a unusual collection on the history of costume with 180 coloured engraving by Raphael Jacquemin, and some costumes shown in the Château orangery.

The Château de Chémery combines medieval and Renaissance architecture. Surrounded by a moat, the buildings are arranged around the courtyard and its outdoor theatre. Access is by the old drawbridge. From 6:00 p.m. the château becomes a guesthouse. The garden is in the courtyard of the château, in an outdoor theatre, lavanda, roses, lavender, roses, perennials …. tables, chairs and benches to admire the façade of the château.
