This 27-hectare site, located to the north of Bourges, near the Jacques Rimbault stadium, Asnières-lès-Bourges, once dedicated to agriculture, is no longer exploited except for a part grazed by horses. This site is home to a great diversity of animals and plants, some of which enjoy a protected or rare status, such as the hairy polygal (a small purple flower that does not grow anywhere else in the Cher). There are also protected species, orchids, birds, insects, butterflies, deer and wild rabbits.
