As you go, keep your eyes and ears open for Sologne wildlife: frogs croaking, a mallard duck flying quietly through the air or a heron making more of a racket, a pheasant or a hare at the edge of a field … Near Les Fontaines or Bauzy, hop off your bike every now and again to meet our farmers and taste their strawberries and asparagus.
