Aux portes de la Marche

Starting from the Stade, along the old Route Nationale 20, which linked Paris to Spain, take a step up to the place that bears its name, the Point de Vue. "Aux portes de" is the appropriate expression to designate this territory of transition between the old provinces of Berry and Marche, between the Pays d'Oc and the Pays d'Oïl, between the geological formations of the Parisian Basin and the Massif Central.
