Les Hauts de Sancerre

The "Les Hauts de Sancerre" hotel estate is located less than two hours from Paris, covers 4.5 hectares and will open its doors in spring 2025. This "village within a village" will comprise four buildings, including the Château de Sancerre and the Tour des Fiefs, emblematic of the winegrowing region. Eventually, the estate will offer 27 rooms, a SPA, a restaurant, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool and many other services.
