The Hôtel Beauvilliers is the work of Jules-Hardouin Mansart, First Architect to King Louis XIV and Superintendent of the King's Buildings. Classically built with tufa stone and high windows, Hôtel Beauvilliers was once a hôtel-Dieu for the people of Saint-Aignan.
