Group gite in an entirely renovated 19th-century building situated in the middle of a large meadow and beside the Aigre, a small peaceful river. 10km from Châteaudun and 40km from Blois.

Group and living room gîte with 44 beds in rooms for 2 or 3 people (1 bed and child's chair). Collective family kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezers and washing machine). Dining room. Reception room with a capacity of 150 people. TV. Table football. Possible configuration as a meeting or seminar room. Park with terrace on the river bank protected by cranks. Elevator to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Fishing room.
