Farmers in Gommerville in the Eure-et-Loir region of the Beauce, we grow our durum wheat in sustainable agriculture and we harvest it to transform it into quality flour in partnership with a mill near us. With our flour and water, we make quality dry pasta. Drying at low temperature allows us to keep all their nutritional values and to preserve the true taste of the cereals without any preservatives!
