The Moulin du Bondonneau is a historic flour mill dating back to the 17th century.
We are delighted to open our doors to visitors by appointment from April 15 to October 15. This exclusive invitation offers you the opportunity to live an immersive experience at the heart of our site, where tradition and innovation meet to bring our exceptional products to life.
In our boutique, you’ll find wheat, rye, barley and buckwheat flour, durum semolina and other traditional cereals. We also offer sweet and savoury preparations made in our own workshop. Homemade pasta made from durum wheat semolina or traditional wholemeal flour is also prepared every morning on our premises.
The cereals we use to make our products come from sustainable, eco-responsible agriculture.
