The experimental, educational vegetable patch tells the story of man's relationship with plants over the centuries.
This space is maintained via a process of ‘differentiated management’, with experimental methods inspired by respect for the environment. The fields also welcome some major annual events: the Vegetable Fair, the Farmers’ Fair, the Kite Festival, music festivals…
