The Musée du Cuir et du Parchemin (Leather and Parchment Museum) set up in 1982, will acquaint you with an expertise for which Levroux is famous. You will discover all the old tools and machines needed to turn the skin into leather or parchment. A set of three beautiful models reconstruct scenes from an industry that has been the main activity in Levroux for centuries and Annie's artisan workshop producing leather goods and parchment.
