Description
The Hotel Goüin, residence of silk merchants, and built in the 15th century, is uniquely placed for its integration in Tours. Its façade is a chef d'oeuvre inspired by the Italian Renaissance. A high point of the Vieux-Tours visit, it now houses the Tours Archeological Society's collections and presents a panorama of regional history, from prehistoric ages to the Age of Enlightenment.
