Of Romanesque origin, the church was restored at the end of the last century.
Description
To the west, a bell-tower-porch precedes a Romanesque portal, a semicircular arch with three bare scrolls. To the east, the chevet is supported by buttresses provided with a drip glaze and decorated with a cornice supported by modillions with grimacing or saddened masks. The nave, unique and without a transept, faces south-east, is covered with a wooden cradle and ends in a straight wall. An arcade gives access to the openwork choir with a window adorned, in 1892, with stained glass windows dedicated to Saint Paul, patron saint of the parish. A 17th century statue of Saint Anne, the Virgin with a mutilated face and the Child Jesus (whose head has disappeared) stands in a corner of the church.
