Eglise Saint-Michel
Saint-Michel church (11th, 13th and 15th c.) is the only fortified church in the département, with its Romanesque choir. The church owes its origins to an oratory, "oratorium Sancti Michaelis", as its name suggests.

The church of Saint-Michel in Lourdoueix-Saint-Michel is a religious edifice remarkable for its history and architecture. This Romanesque church features a single nave and a semicircular choir typical of the period. Its square bell tower, added later, gives the building a distinctive silhouette. Over the centuries, the church has undergone various restorations, preserving its historical and artistic heritage.
