Description
The crossing tower, crowned with a disproportionately-sized spire, towers over the chevet with its staggered chapels. The semi-circular arched windows are surmounted by arcades separated by buttress columns resting on raised pedestals. In the apse there are three windows with capitals adorned with flat leaves. The right bay has a pointed barrel vault roof and leads to the chapels opened in the 15th century, when the crossing had a rib vault roof. The nave is separated from the aisles by large pointed arcades. The arches sit on cruciform pillars topped with Romanesque capitals bearing people, devouring animals, different birds or Acanthus leaves.
