Château et Jardin de Blancafort

This stronghold house with its beautiful pink brick appearance stands on the banks of the Sauldre, surrounded by a park and a French garden. It was built in the 15th century by the Boucard family, on the site of an old manor that already existed in the 11th century, then converted in the 17th century. Beautiful furniture and 17th and 18th-century tapestries are in the house. Blancafort is a private and inhabited château.
