The Château of La Verrerie is a jewel of the Renaissance, built by Béraud Stuart. This place contains trails where Alain-Fournier, the author of Le Grand Meaulnes, loved to walk. It was the property of the Stuarts for two centuries, then Louis XIV gave it to Louise de Keroualle, Duchess of Portsmouth. Theatrical visit.
