It features a large living room with fireplace, terracotta floor tiles, stone walls and exposed beams, and large east- and south-facing bay windows (double-glazed on the street side). A private courtyard of approx. 15m² is ideal for sunny lunches and bicycle parking.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine (140cm double bed), open and overlooking the living room. It gives access to a beautifully decorated bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
