In a quiet street in the village, house with enclosed garden, terrace, laundry/bike room.
On the ground floor, 2 nice living rooms with equipped kitchen (cooker – extra heating), dining area, independent living room (1 sofa bed for 1 person).
On the first floor, a large bedroom for 2 persons (1 bed of 160 cm) with a view on a meadow and a large shower room / toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption) and wood (stere at 50 €).
Private closed parking and parking space in front of the gîte.
Eco-responsible renovation with extensive wood fibre insulation and hemp/lime coating.
For teleworking: adesk with armchair and lamp in the lounge area next to a window with good phone coverage.
