In the heart of Tours, loft of 200 m² fully equipped in a former saddlery of the 1860s. You will appreciate its privileged location, its warm atmosphere, its large volumes and its equipment.
This dwelling is our main home.
Ground floor of 145 m² with a large living room of 80 m² with a ceiling height of 6.50 m, including a large open kitchen fully equipped and furnished with island and table for 5 people, a dining room for 8 people and a large living room with giant home-cinema (2.40 m x 1.30 m), gas fireplace (only in winter), master suite with queensize bed, large dressing room and bathroom, a bedroom with mezzanine bed for 1 person and wc
