In a wooded, landscaped environment, the gîte has been fitted out with taste. Located on the end of the owner's house near the guest rooms with an outdoor pool. Enclosed yard. La Bussière with the Château des Pêcheurs is at the crossroads between several regions. Ground floor: lounge-dining room, separate fitted kitchen, hall, 1 bedroom (1 single bed). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room and bathroom, separate toilet. Fuel heating fixed charge €6.50/day from October to April. Deposit.
