A beautiful residence with character dating from the mid-19th century, with outbuildings and swimming pool in the middle of a large landscaped garden. Situated at the gateway to the Perche Regional Nature Park, opposite a private chƒteau.
The main house is bourgeoise and refined, a friendly place to relax, enjoy nature and discover the region's charms. It has a family suite with two rooms (1 king-size bed, 1 double bed and the option of a child's bed) with lounge, TV, pool table, shower room and WC. Another room is offered with view over the outbuildings of the chƒteau and countryside, with a double bed, shower room and separate WC. A second room can be joined to this room, with a double bed. A relaxation area is also available for your use with the option to enjoy relaxing massages (for a supplement). Access to the magnificent 2000mý garden and the outside swimming pool which is heated from May to October.
