Old Touraine house recently renovated, located in a pretty hamlet between the valleys of the Loir and the Loire. Contemporary restoration with private garden in a traditional house of the Touraine gâtine.
The gite is about 30 minutes from the cities of Tours, Vendôme, Amboise or Blois. The pretty villages of Montoire sur le Loir, Lavardin and Troô with their troglodytic dwellings are 15 minutes away. Also worth seeing are their churches painted with frescoes from the 11th century. The castles of Chenonceaux, Chambord, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais and Chaumont-sur-Loire (international garden festival) are 50 minutes away. You are also an hour and a half from the Futuroscope in Poitier or an hour from the Beauval zoo. In Vendôme, the TGV brings you to Paris in 35 minutes.
