Caroline and Frédéric will be delighted to welcome you to their Pigeonnier located 3 mn from the A20 motorway in a private domain 5 mn from the centre of Argenton-sur-Creuse. The dovecote, beautifully restored, is located on the heights of the Creuse Valley, and has a panoramic terrace.
The dovecote is located next to our house. Access to the gîte and its wooded grounds is via a separate entrance. Renovated to respect the original volumes, it can accommodate 2 adults.
It has a surface area of 36 m² on 2 levels:
– ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area, shower room (washbasin, shower and toilet),
– 1st floor: bedroom with double bed (160) and TV corner,
There’s a panoramic terrace on the 3rd level and a garden shed for 2 bicycles (electric recharging possible)
All linen and towels are provided, and the bed is made up on your arrival, along with a full cleaning service (extra charge of 20 euros for the entire stay).
