You have access to a wooded plot of about 8000 m², itself in the middle of nature: fields and groves around in the heart of Perche-Gouët, 1h30 from Paris. You will be able to recharge your batteries and enjoy all sorts of activities nearby. You will be in an independent apartment above the main house, with access via a terrace on stilts and with a superb view of the surrounding area. Bright, cosy and air-conditioned apartment comprising: living room with fully equipped kitchen, bar table, lounge area with TV, office area, sofa bed. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160. Shower room, separate WC. Private terrace on stilts with furniture. Wifi. Loan hammock, garden furniture, baby bed, high chair. Possibility to lend bikes, barbecue (maintenance at the charge of the users).
